Can you imagine some kind of therapy that directly can change this chromatin confirmation around these silenced genes for any therapeutic purposes? I do. The power of discovering what are the targets through topology is really immensely important in diseases where we have many non-coding variants in the middle of nowhere, or sometimes in themiddle of the gene they don't affect. And so it's pretty clear to me,  where the huge discovery space for target development is going to be in the future.
