How to Run a Good Fund Raising Process

Last year at SaaSRA I talked a little bit about how to run a good fund raising process and what are the tips and tricks around it. And these are a few summary highlights from it which I briefly will go through, but also point out a little bit of the changes to some of the things from last year. So first of all preparation is key. It's actually worth it to spend the time to prepare and think strategically around your fund raise. Start typically one to four months before with like relationship inter chats and then warm up relationships two to four weeks before you actually go out and fund raise.
