Are Barefoot Shoes Better Than Normal Shoes?

Wearing barefoot type shoes will not reduce your risk of injuries. The most common injuries I see people with barefoot run is calf Achilles ankle related issues and then the higher the drop you go on the shoe the more people come in with knee or hip problems. Take around four to six months to gradually progress out of normal shoes into barefoot shoes because it is a big change for the body. You've got to try about that many haven't you before you actually find the right one.
