Developing a Mental Model for a Product

I always like to hear war stories about how a proct features, a product, capabilities get developed. So maybe we can tell the story a little bit of why this handbook came to be. Well, the filming side i'm superinterested to hearabout, cause you did some, did some very interesting work on that. I think it's a supervaluable process, especially to get the the glossary, the words rite. And relatedly, this idea of mental model. Often when you're having trouble writing clean docks or explaining a product to some one, it's because you don't have, or there doesn't exist, a good mental model for how the product like works
