The Sea Is Our Common, Inexorable Destiny
Like the sea, my mood ebbs and flows. You can be too despondent about the world. Not every one hears or wants to hear what i hear. The tinsel tinkles in the trees. Somewhere there's a party. Many are at home basting turkeys and lighting candles. Suddenly i think of my friends in the cangorms, drinking rare whisky, pulling crackers and coasting marsh mullows in the forest. And i wish i'd join them, and to hell with sophocles.
