I think one of the problems with Haiti and it's a huge problem is the lack of institution. And I think that also Robert hit on this whole issue in terms of popular support. This is a population 30 years post dictatorship. They don't really believe in democracy. Look at the the voting statistics. People forget before Jovnal Mois was killed, he was under a lot of pressure. He was the object of mass protests. The United States and the OAS decided that he was still legitimately president until 2022 and not 2021. So I think this has been the problem in this argument that we've basically been contradictory. We say we want the US to stay out of it,
