The Only Story the Buyer Really Wants to Tell Is Their Own Story

When you have this usage data, adoption data, you can start forming and co-creating with the buyer this pretty compelling vision of success. You know, I remember my first enterprise selling role, I would spend one conversation almost in every buying cycle just with my champion, sometimes with some additional folks with additional influence. And that's a story I can tell back again to them when things get really hard. The challenges is to be able to take that usage data and not only reflect those into questions that are more personal for the buyer and more relevant for the buyer.
