What's in the Tiny Bottles?
Tincture bottles each with differently coloured liquid in them. They can have a little sniff by the means. The choice of those ingredients, extracts that you can find, like plant extracts. It could be seaweed for example is a good source of some of these notes. So this is more like panned rippings from beef. That would be used in a veggie burger potentially. But the flavour of beef is still quite elusive. I often ask the question, why is beef tasting different to pork, different to chicken? And we find that it's often to do with the fats and the fats carry the flavour.
