How to Use $200 Gate Money to Get Out of Prison
We asked people who recently got out of prison what they actually did with that $200. How you spend it does tell us something about who you are. I didn't spend any money on drugs. The first thing I bought was pistachios. When I got out, my money was on plastic cards. So I kept it for a while,. and then someone told me it was money on there. "I haven't had bubble gum in 17 and a half years, and I like bubble gum," one inmate said.
