Japan's foreign ministry wants to see the two countries work closely together. But as Frank pointed out, some of the efforts that have gone in have not been seen as inclusionary. If we were to look forward on this, I would say the end goal of policymakers in both countries is to be able to move forward on this. The region is on fire.
