Bildock homs bought invoicing company billdock holm for 625 million dollars in a combination of stock and cash. The move is seen as an attempt by the British tech giant to compete with Apple, which has its own invoice system. David Bill says bildock Holm will be able to integrate their technology into any app or service that works well.
