But the three is a threefold path that mirrors the practice of meditation which has three particular qualities - one pointed, open and letting go. The foundation of a relationship, in my mind, is very simple. It starts with good manners. They sound really cheesy, yes? Because good manners are profound. Letting go. So precise, open, letting go. In a relationship, what do these things mean?"
