What Are Some of the Most Common Mistakes That Product Owners Make?
There is a tremendous amount of ego involved with building products, but it has to be applied at the right times. You need to find some one who exemplifies your customer and understand how to still down what they're telling you. The other thing i've noticed, and this is particularly relevant to people who've gotte into the product management, product game in the last five years, is a overvaluation of data. It's just too hard for them because data has become a crutch.
