How to Differentiate and Integrate Human Development

Human development is welled. As each higher stage can reflect on the previous stage. Green post modernism differentiates all those systems that orange created. And when it does that, it will create a what commons calls cross paradamatic. When you don't get a sovereignty out of almost anything at this point in human development, there's no way to go further than second teer. But some very bright people are talking about pushing into second tier or even cross peromatic which is working with genuine sovereigns.
