The state will tex them at random times, and thereafter, they will have fiften minutes to take a picture of their face in the location where they are supposed to be. That is why theyr protest, that is why te fighting back, and that is why they're nothavin started yet. Because as more of the stuff omeout, you're going to piss off more people.
