Learning in a Video Conferencing Environment

i am finding myself so grateful that i don't rely so heavily on the scheduled sess s. As opposed to, i can see the depth and the richness in the conversations that are actually coming out. We need to remember when we're in a video conferencing environment o resume session or something like that,. It feels like a performance, it feels like a show. And at my institution, we've basically been asked to record every single session so that students can go back and view it again later.
