David Gergen: This is like the mafia showing up and saying, you have a lovely social media company here. It would be a shame if something happens to it. The same FBI leaks phony stories about PPE in Russian hotels so that they can then have Yahoo! Publish it so they can invoke it before the courts. And it just shows the extent to which Twitter had been acting as a de facto branch of the intelligence community.
