Meditation - A Different Look and a Different Approach

i've been teaching meditation for 20 years. I started with just a couple minutes per day, and then gradually worked my way up. When i felt ready, i moved up to five minutes and ten minutes. The first few times i meditated were completely overwhelming. But it doesn't last forever. There's a lot of things within us that meditation can help with where it's like a battery running down its charge. And the more you can tolerate it and open it and experience it, the more that battery runs down.
