A lot of sales positions are viewed as a commodity. Your currency in terms of how you trade yourself from one organization to the next or one role to the next oftentimes can be what you W two. A higher base salary or higher comp package can give me access to a higher and more responsibility, more complex role. And I think that scorecard concept can kind of go multiple ways, but it's a way for you to leverage yourself and create a currency for yourself in terms of a future role or future opportunity.
