Is There a Shifting in Corporate Culture?

There's a real shift happening in the corporate setting of the needing to be there for people. I do some work with the work places where i help human resources. Andi is also looking into being trained as a family law mediator. She says she wants to write more books, but hasn't finalized her next idea yet.
