I was speaking with Anne-Marie Barber a few weeks ago, and she was commenting on the rise of people that are now working from their facility. It's literally not a third space. We certainly get a lot of dwellers in our Islington club in particular. That's a more residential club, they're carrying out their work there. And then maybe having, I don't know, an early morning, your class working, doing a PT session,. which is fine with us. You're going to see longer dwell times for all the reasons you just met.
