I think even as we've grown, I have a few friends that have joined the company that have reflected as well and said the bit that's really hard is also knowing who to contact. And so then that can also have flow on effects about how work comes into the team, how it's prioritized, all that sort of stuff. So yeah, there are definitely like pros and cons to different approaches.
