Is It a Good Idea to Give a Peanut to a Baby?

We probably, you know, she started eating nuts, i would say six months ago. She was able to chew them herself. It wasn't super strategic though; it was just sort of like, she can chew it. We didn't really, i was pretty scared up her choking. Well, h we tried to give em to her earlier, and she just man o, spit em out.
