Motivation Maxim Number Eight, Possess a Mission That Matters
In motivating people, you have to believe in people. People are your only appreciable assets. An organization cannot increase its productivity. Only people can. Put higher numbers on people's heads and they will perform at a higherm that's a fact in life. A mission driven possess a mission that matters. develop a support system for employees. Nothing hurts morral more than to ask someone to do something and not give them the resources to accomplish it.
