The Essentials for Making Change Healthy
Change can be a big danger zone for the church leaders and the pastors. We need to change from what i call a destination mind set into a process orientation. The safety net is no longer that we're in this building at this time on this day. But there's a process that we can understand. And as long as you, as you stay true to that process, the process gives people the comfort level that the destination used to provide them.
