The Cost Cap in Formula One
Cost cap is primarily focused at car development but things like driver's salaries and power unit development currently it will be in the 26. Martin dooley asks about success ballast or newtering teams who start to get ahead of the pack in formula one. Sebastian Vettel says that if we start doing this as they would in touring cars for example then we might as well just have a spec series which i'm also fine with.
