The Implications of Urban Local Government
There is a fear sometimes amongst rural citizens that they will lose out on the development schemes and programmes. Most of our development schemes are organized around and urban lines. The second one is, of course, that there are different taxes. So you pay more taxes in obenareas and postal rural arias. There's a real sense of fear of losing out on these if you were to convert to urban areas.
