The Biggest Dislocations in Markets Happen When the Dominant Narrative Is False

The biggest dislocations in markets are when you go from highly convicted state to the opposite regime. The early part of next year is likely to be a real important set of signals for investors who aren't yet participating on the long side of the fixed income markets. But what's likely to happen is when the delta on inflation really starts to move lower, pretty materially, in the midla part of c one. And i do believe there are going to have to be some litany of investors that chase positive excess returns and don't want to buy treasury bonds right now.
