Is the Fed Going to Face Tough Challenges?
The theme going forward is going to have a strong element of dispersion come into it. That makes markets have to spend a lot more time thinking about relative values, and not just the overall. The market is still betting on some sort of return to what we have experienced over the past few decades. We are in a different regime. I think the economists recognize this.
