The number of people who've reported ever having oral sex has increased over time. In some recent studies, about 70% of young people report having had oral sex in the last year. There's good evidence to suggest that people who have multiple sexual partners and multiple oral sex partners as a lifetime number have a higher risk of developing throat cancer.
