Father Mankshmitz: I hope today's homily inspires and motivates you. The first reading is just kind of remarkable, and you might know the context for this. In Exodus chapter 34, it highlights the fact that Moses is going up Mount Sinai with two tablets in his hands. God takes two tablets and he carves on them with his own finger.
