Rocco bulijan: How would you evaluate someone who doesn't have a c s. Degree? He says technical skills are important, but so is soft skills like leadership and accountability. Bulijan: One of the things i'd love to see is some one that hadt sometime to maybe volunteer to help out with coating classes or maybe they've actually contributed on stack overflow.
