Jenny Santana is from Mexico and moved to Ireland one month before the pandemic started. She moved straight in with an Irish family and began working as an au pair. She came out the other side of that complete madness as a huge advocate for Ireland and Irish culture. She epitomises the courage you need to embrace new cultures and new challenges. We talk about her time here and what she would recommend to anyone who has just arrived or is thinking of coming.
