The idea that socrates is a political came up for me earlier when you were describig some of his inner actions. Because there's a kind of non judgment that's required, right when you're listening to creon's speech. And if you're sort of like, well, ted crewz or, you know, sepick our pick your person, i'm not interested in what you said about policy. What i'm really interested in is the metaphysics implicit in what you're saying. That's kind of an odd thing to pick up on in a context where people are saying "What should the policy be?"
