I couldn't agree with you more Frank I mean honestly I think that understanding the clinical picture that is the stuff that really gets me excited and you know to learn more about that is what I like to focus on now in my career. So from a personal perspective I started going down the neurosurgery pathway before doing radiology because I have much better idea of what's important.
