How Do We Process Certain Sermons?

How of you saw as a pastor to kind of extend the impact of that sermon beyond just that forty five minute window? I don't think i've had much success with it. Right after the service, i maybe occasionally, like once or twice, ah, that same sort of thing to the congregation,. Like, i want you to walk out here and turn, turn to somebody d and talk about this.
