To day, we are talking about full blocking sanctions list which is a death warrant to any entity to do any business internationally. The second pillar of the sanctions regime is expert controls. Russia has been under expert control restrictions since two thousand 14 but this time is very unprecedented as well because very novel expert controls have been applied against russia.
