If it's only 10 minutes per week, you can make those 10 minutes count a lot. I mean, I suppose it's also like doing a research project on yourself. And reusing content, because I think one of the posts that Jessica has is lots of useful links and articles to things that other people have written. She's promoting others, but she's also promoting herself in the sense that she's showing and guiding other people to find all that great stuff.
