Is This the Capitulation the Market Has Been Waiting For?

The VIX is effectively unchanged at 23 and a half or thereabouts which again if you look over the last six months or so I mean that's been the level where stocks have been topping out to you earlier point. This is one of those days where everybody's gonna get all geeked up and bottoms in and you're gonna parade out a lot of people on the bullish side but we'll see how it plays out because again the fundamentals are still expensive here.
