The Disadvantages of Living in Overtown

Half a million dollars plus 300,000 in food stamps vanishes in Overtown. Most of the residents we talked to said the money that fell from this bridge was good for the neighborhood. If somebody did buy money, do you actually think they're going to return? That money is going to good use.
