The seats in the Project Highland Model 3 are ventilated, or at least I can say that with about as close to 100% certainty as possible. Chinese Tesla owner Zhao Tushu Shuu via J in Shanghai's Twitter account posted a video of the seat showing ventilated vegan leather. There is a slim chance that this could be an elaborate fake, but I don't think so. It is almost certainly real.
