The more you practice what happens over time is you start getting longer and longer periods where there's just this beautiful emptiness. In that emptiness all sorts of things can show up like visions of the galaxy or you know any number of things some of them can be stunningly beautiful very similar like to being on a shamanic journey with plant medicines but it's just coming to you.
