I have no idea what the subtitle will be. I guess it won't be controversial if I call it Dr. Evil. The challenge, and it's hard to communicate to people who haven't been through this process is that you make up your mind about something at quite a late stage in the process. Once you've gathered all the material and once you've read it all through, in my case, I sort of build chapters rather laboriously. It's slightly nerdy. Can I be nerdy for a second? Please.
