The Black Panthers, Timothy Larry, Is Not Just a Bad Leader

Timothy Larry was smuggled into Algeria by the Brotherhood of Eternal Love. The Algerian government had to publish a correction in an official newspaper that said Timothy Larry is, in fact, not a Black man. In New York, they're represented with the UN as a laughing stock. So suddenly one of the Black Panthers into this scene comes field marshal Don Cox.
