How Do You See It Moving as Google Grows?

I used to joke that it gave me sort of cultural whiplash. It wasn't a surprise because the culture, the ethos of the organisations is very different and I had the expectation it would be very different. There's much more flexibility, there's much more agility, I think, in the private sector. Particularly when Google was a younger company,. we were more agile with the things even more quickly than we do now.
