69% of the respondents saw this year as a year of opportunity as opposed to retrenchment. A surprising number from our perspective, 48% looking at distressed assets. So if you take opportunity, you take the economic background and you take distressed assets, you can see with some correlation that that may be a basis for opportunity in 2023.
