How Do You Decide What Matters to Relationship Building?

I'm curious how you go about discerning what matters to relationship building at your company and where that's coming from. My senior team, so our senior executives, we meet every monday morning. It's virtually the first thing we do of the week. We are allso deeply committed to being in relationships with each other. If there is any unresolved conflict in our team of six, the only work of the day is to resolve it quickly. And if you don't have respect for somebody on your team, i don't how you will ever reflect god's love in the workplace with that kind of tension. I think the process is the product.
