Computers Can Simulate Everything Made of Matter

All one needs is a program to run instructions for the computer so if we want to simulate a bullet leaving a rifle and finding where it lands we need a program. It must be possible simulating anything made of matter is possible because the laws of physics say that it's provably the case. But here's the thing about the brain it's not just like any other physical system like bullets moving through the air it is doing abstract things such as thinking, calculating observing and so on but i left one important thing off the list didn't i?
