When we first met this patient, her temperature was 36 point two degrees celsius. She had no thrush and no sub conjunctibal hemorrhages. Her skin exam was notable for multiple vilacious nodules on the right thenar eminence with generalized swelling. And she had similar vilacious nodriles on the ball of her left foot.
