A nap in this time frame has been found to statistically boost our memory. A forty five minute nap can produce up to a five fold improvement and information retrieval from memory. But again, you're much more likely to experience strong sleep inertia with a nap that long. And if you are actually trying to pay off some of the sleep debt via a nap, and you won't get fired for doing this, you might want to ot for an actual 90 minute plus nap.
